We've celebrated an eventful year for Bluebird and we've come far from our (still humble) beginnings. Our regular market slots are now as follows:
- Tuesdays: Pocklington
- Thursdays: Newgate in York
- Saturdays: Malton (2nd Sat of month), Merton (3rd Sat of month) and York (1st/4th Sat of the month - behind M&S)
I also still deliver to Alligator, The Good Food Shop, Cakes D'licious in Clifton and the Golden Ball Pub (Saturdays from midday).
We've also got a new assistant, Michael, who is doing a great job manning the markets on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays whilst learning all about real bread and how to make it.
